I vividly remember my mom returning home from work, her feet tired and sore from long hours in heels. It was then that I discovered the incredible power of touch to alleviate pain and discomfort, sparking my lifelong passion for helping others through the healing art of massage.
In 2020, during the challenging times of the pandemic, I took a significant step forward by becoming a licensed massage therapist. My formal education path led me to Southern California in 2018, where I pursued studies in massage therapy and holistic health practices at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in Escondido, CA. I proudly earned a certificate as a holistic health practitioner, having completed 1000 hours of comprehensive training.

My training covers a wide spectrum of modalities, including circulatory/Swedish massage, deep tissue, shiatsu, sports massage and advanced circulation, Reiki 1 and 2, structural integration, body reading, nutrition, as well as super foods and dietary practices. My commitment to ongoing growth and development as a bodywork practitioner is unwavering, and I continually seek out new training opportunities to bring my clients the latest and most effective massage therapy techniques.

At Forget Me Knot Massage Therapy, LLC, I offer a range of services designed to promote relaxation, healing, and well-being, including 60-minute massage, 90-minute massage, 60-minute Reiki healing, and 60-minute prenatal (pregnancy) massage.
